Please mark your calendar to attend the 29th Biennial Council by conference call.  The League of Women Voters of Idaho (LWVID) voted to hold Council 2008 via a conference call on 4/26/08 at 4:00 pm Mountain and 3:00 pm Pacific time.  Call Toll Free: 1-800-839-9416 and enter the pin # 7494652.  Ginny Foote will be the Moderator of this call.  If you have any questions, please email ginny@vfooteconsult.com or call her at 509-254-1043. This call is scheduled for three (3) hours.  Please be sure to set aside three hours to participate.  We will make our best effort to finish as quickly as possible.

 

To facilitate a timely completion to the call, it is important that all participants go to the website and review and/or download and review the documents necessary.  See the bottom of this Final Call to Council for more information.

 

Who Needs to Attend the Council Conference Call:

According to LWVID Bylaws Article VIII, composition of council consists of:

a. The president(s) of the local Leagues and the chair(s) of the MAL units or their alternates in the event they are unable to attend;

b. Two (2) delegates chosen by the board of each local League; and

c. the members of the state board.

 

Each League must RSVP with the names of the members who will represent your local League no later than 4/25/08 via email to ginny@vfooteconsult.com or call 509-254-1043.
